Download and Deploy OATS

This project has been made possible through a research collaboration by the University of Saskatchewan and the Universtiy of Pittsburgh. It has been made open source under the GNU LGPL licese (view the license). This basically means this library is free to use but any changes should be shared under this license and with the authors. The system has been implemented in HTML, Javascript, and Java Servlets, with a MySQL database. The system can be deployed by downloading the Web Application Resource (WAR) file, and being placed in the webapps directory of an Apache Tomcat deployment. For highlevel details on the system please see the publications section. For implementation details please see the code and README in the system download.
